The NARI Remodelers’ cost estimate for a kitchen upgrade was $35,000; REALTORS ® estimated cost recovered was $20,000, equaling 57% of value recovered from the project. In comparison, the NARI Remodeler’s cost estimate for a complete Kitchen Renovation was $65,000; REALTORS ® estimated cost recovered was $40,000, equaling a 62% value of recovered from the project.
